The CC&Rs are the rules of your neighborhood. They describe the requirements and limitations about what you can do with your property.
The Bylaws of the association contain key provisions for how our association may be managed. These rules and regulations include procedures for electing and appointing board members and officers, the protocols for the board and member meetings, terms of office, voting methods, and standards for amendments to the community’s governing documents.

There is a stormwater detention vault, located underneath the neighborhood park, that is managed by the City of Newcastle. The vault is designed to allow silt to settle out before the water enters the adjacent creek. The City will periodically inspect and pump out the accumulated silt.
The recreational trail, located at the end of the development near Unit 19, is a trail that is maintained by the association and is located on association property. A trail easement has been established that allows members of the public to use the trail for recreational purposes.
