Dues Payments / Late Fees / Assessments

There are two options for payment of the monthly HOA dues, late fees and assessments:

1. Homeowners can set up automatic debit payments (ACH). Please call (425) 283-5858 to request an ACH form.
   
   

2. Payments can be mailed to:

   Please write the account number listed on the coupon on the memo portion of the check. Payment coupons are mailed annually each December.

Condominium Resale Certificate 

If you're selling your condo, a resale certificate can be ordered through Morris Management's Resale Documentation Order Form. The cost is $275.

Non-Financial Questions 

Morris Management only manages the HOA's finances. If there are other questions not related to finances, those questions should be directed to the Board of Directors.
